SEMI-PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING

Semi-Private Personal Training is the ultimate hybrid that offers the customization of a one-on-one personal strength training program and combines it with the camaraderie and community aspect of a small group fitness training environment by training alongside a few other people in a fun and supportive environment that keeps you motivated.

Semi-Private Personal Training is not a cookie cutter boot camp, HIIT class, Crossfit class, or basic small group exercise class. Our team is highly skilled, and uses a scientific approach to designing every single clients custom workout, focused specifically on improving mobility, gaining strength, and building muscle to live longer.

Since each client has a custom designed training program, we’re able to work with people of all fitness levels, regardless of injuries or limitations. You can work at your own pace and there’s no pressure to keep up with the other clients or feel intimidated.

You’ll experience a high degree of personalized attention to ensure that you’re working at the optimal pace, using the correct form to avoid injuries, and steadily progressing over time. NUTRITION COACHING

With all the fad diets out there, healthy eating can be very confusing. You’ve likely tried and failed many times because dieting is not sustainable over time. We believe 90% of your success in health and fitness is achieved through the food that you eat, but we also understand it’s the weakest link for most people. You could probably say “I know what to eat, I just don’t do it”. In our 1 on 1 nutrition & accountability coaching program your coach will teach you how to eat so you no longer have to diet, and create customize a meal plans for you based on your favorite foods so you actually enjoy what you’re eating and no longer feel like you’re on a diet. The best part is you’ll have your own personal coach with you every day helping you implement your plan step-by-step to achieve success. You may also feel like you eat pretty good and just can’t understand why you’re not losing weight or why you can’t keep the weight off.
